Once upon a time in a busy city, there lived a woman named Lisa. Like many of us, she was caught in the stressful of daily life—endless emails, meetings, and the constant buzz of notifications. She often felt overwhelmed, like she was running on a treadmill that never stopped. One day, after a particularly stressful week, she decided it was time for a change.
Lisa stumbled upon a small book about mindfulness while browsing in a local bookstore. Then, she decide to spend 1 month for relaxing and find inner peace.
That evening, Lisa sat on her couch, closed her eyes, and took a deep breath. She listened to light music, and start observe her breath in and out.
As the weeks went by, Lisa decided to spend 1 week for travelling slope 2She went trekking alone with a team of people she doesn’t know. There were a tourist that take care of the team. People are friendly, and cool.
She practised being mindful everyday. She observed her actions, words daily. Of course, it’s hard in the beginning.
Coming back the city, she registered a yoga class, and felt relaxing about this decision.
She spent time for herself reading book, walking and, going to the church, pagoda, etc.
She found herself again, and come back the office with full of energy. Finally, she knew how to balance life.
